I get a compliment on my hair color no less than once a day!!!So happy with this subscription! Every 3 weeks it arrives, like clockwork, and consistent color. Easy to use. I travel a great deal and carry the color with me. I Had my hair done in Spain twice this year all g with Paris and Geneva. Love the colorHad an appointment with my hairdresser to get a new cut & style so I took my color set with. She was very impressed with the the kit and it had everything she needed.. She and I both love the end result! Superb!I’m very particular in everything I do. I deliver high standards in my work and expect high standards in return. This coupled with being a natural cynic means, in short, that I am a customer service nightmare. Products or services which over promise and under deliver are a particular bug bear of mine Therefore, it was as much of a surprise as a pleasure to give five stars here, which doesn’t even do the product/service enough justice! The hair colour arrived in lovely packaging, which made what is usually a chore a complete treat. It felt like receiving a present, but without any strings attached. Mood. The stain guard and remover were fabulous additions, something which you do not get in high street dyes. Usually I put moisturising cream around my hairline, which doesn’t work and means everyone knows I’ve dyed my hair, which is a complete liberty when I’m trying to pass as ten years younger. Can hardly say I haven’t coloured it when I have a one inch brown halo around my face, can I? The box contains two pairs of gloves which fit snugly and weren’t flimsy. The ones in shop bought boxes are thin and appear to be made for someone with hands not dissimilar to those of Peter Shilton. Surely, I thought, there’s got to be a snag! Nothing can be this good. Can it? I smugly awaited the results, feeling certain the coverage would be poor and my cynicism would be justified. Mais, non! The coverage was the best out of all the home dyes I’ve ever used and less messy too. The consistency of the colour was also really user friendly and so by the end I didn’t look like an entirely different ethnicity, which always helps (Because in this day and age of wokery, before you know it you’ll be lynched for black fishing, a la Jesy Nelson. Not what I want/needHi I have used the October colour , thanks. It looks OK but hasn't really covered the roots/my few greys. I applied as per instructions... but it seems to have darkened my mids/ends..I am now wondering if I should use a permanent colour on my roots to match my natural colour to cover greys...then I would like a lighter colour through mid and ends to keep the lighter natural feel to the ends. The actual colour / tone seems right for me... but roots not really taken and made mids/ends darker. Is there a lighter shade that I can apply to miss- ends to make these lighter / brighter again? Worst gray coverage ever !I have been coloring my own hair for 20 years and this is by far the worst haircolor I have ever used. I have friends who swear by E salon but for me it just didn’t work out. The hair color they sent me was orange , I look like orangutan. I was actually embarrassed because the hair color was so flat and dull and artificial looking. E salon did try to correct the color but the second color they sent was even worse than the first. Product is not what it used to beThis last color set actually lightened my hair and was nowhere near my natural color. I now have two tone hair which is horrible. I’ve had to buy hair color from the grocery store to cover the highlighted parts. The last three color sets have not given the quality color as in past years so I don’t know what’s happened to the quality of this product. The worst part, and the reason for canceling my membership, was when I called to ask if there was a mistake in sending me the wrong hair color and report what the product did to my hair, the colorist blamed my hair for the color turning out wrong. so simpleI was so nervous at first; I kept barking at my husband that he was doing it wrong. It's amazing that it looks great. I can't understand how it looks like I had it done at a salon.
