Wrong colour and unhelpful.The colour I have been sent is terrible and is nothing like what I requested and now the colourist is telling me the colour cannot be fixed. I thought this service would save me the time and effort of going to a hairdresser but instead they have completely ruined my hair and now I look like a washed out goth girl. My hair has been color corrected by the last formulaWhat can I say. My hair was and unnatural red from the first color. The second corrected formula was good for 4 days. Now my hair is orange in the sunlight! I can't say these colors work well. I'm really sad. I'm 65 years old with BOZO THE CLOWN ORANGE HAIR! NIX THE ABOVE.
