Not what I want/needHi I have used the October colour , thanks. It looks OK but hasn't really covered the roots/my few greys. I applied as per instructions... but it seems to have darkened my mids/ends..I am now wondering if I should use a permanent colour on my roots to match my natural colour to cover greys...then I would like a lighter colour through mid and ends to keep the lighter natural feel to the ends. The actual colour / tone seems right for me... but roots not really taken and made mids/ends darker. Is there a lighter shade that I can apply to miss- ends to make these lighter / brighter again? Worst gray coverage ever !I have been coloring my own hair for 20 years and this is by far the worst haircolor I have ever used. I have friends who swear by E salon but for me it just didn’t work out. The hair color they sent me was orange , I look like orangutan. I was actually embarrassed because the hair color was so flat and dull and artificial looking. E salon did try to correct the color but the second color they sent was even worse than the first. Product is not what it used to beThis last color set actually lightened my hair and was nowhere near my natural color. I now have two tone hair which is horrible. I’ve had to buy hair color from the grocery store to cover the highlighted parts. The last three color sets have not given the quality color as in past years so I don’t know what’s happened to the quality of this product. The worst part, and the reason for canceling my membership, was when I called to ask if there was a mistake in sending me the wrong hair color and report what the product did to my hair, the colorist blamed my hair for the color turning out wrong. so simpleI was so nervous at first; I kept barking at my husband that he was doing it wrong. It's amazing that it looks great. I can't understand how it looks like I had it done at a salon. Still can't cover grays effectively but love the colorMy custom color was adjusted to cover grays better, so the processing time went from 20 to 40 minutes. I had also adjusted the color to include more dark brown and reds. Love the new adjusted color, but even after 40+ minutes of processing time, of which I applied the color to my hairline and stubborn sideburn areas first, the color started to fade after day 2. Wanted to love.I never received the product. I thought it might be because I wrote worrying my stylist complaining about color. I received other beauty subscriptions so I know my mail person knows.
