Exactly what I wantedThank you. My purchase was a desperation purchase. I have never coloured my hair myself. Auckland has been in lockdown for 13 weeks. My hair had a staggering amount of regrowth and I had no idea where to start. To be honest I was a bit worried how it would turn out, but my colour was exactly right, the instructions were clear and the stain remover worked on my poor bath mat that suffered a mishap. Fingers crossed we will be out of lockdown soon but I have ordered another round, just in case. only one time I received a formula that cover my graysWhen I canceled my order, you sent me a new formula and that one was the best I received, but after that, the formula went but to normal. Did not work for meIt did not work for me at all. I saved this for a special occasion. I applied it thoroughly to every gray strand and followed every instruction. Color coverageThis was my first time coloring me hair without using a “box dye.” I was really excited about the process. I followed every direction. The color did not do anything to my roots. It’s still my faded brown with a hard transition into the copper red tone. Since I have a lot of hair I even left the color on for an additional 8 minutes for each step. Hair LossI thought your product has good ingredients. Your ads are too good to be true! I lost hair and now thinning. I will never buy from your company ever again! If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Great product!I recently started having an allergic reaction (breathing problems too), using OTC hair dye. I’ve always used L’Oréal or Garnier. So I purchased the non ammonia eSalon. Omgosh, I am so satisfied with this product. My hair is super shiny & soft. I do not mind paying a little bit more for a fantastic hair dye.
