Colour turned out beautiful although warmer than I thoughtI really like the colour of my hair although it turned out a bit warmer and with more of a red undertone than I thought. The instructions were great although dividing my hair in 4 sections with long and heavy hair and pinning them up was not doable as it is just too heavy and bulky to work around so went in more sections. Other than that I am absolutely happy. Wrong colourThe product itself comes in a great package with everything you need, however communicating what I wanted was difficult. I asked for a cool ash colour and received a warm almost auburn shade.
