Wrong colorI changed my color to darkest brown because my hair was almost black at this point. I wanted to just touch up my roots. When I died my hair it was literally a lighter reddish brown than the rest of my hair it wasn’t even close to black I’m so upset I have to go into the store and buy a different color to match my hair I will definitely be canceling my subscription because this is what I was trying to avoid by signing up for the subscription. 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Sehr zufriedenSchon die Verpackung ist sehr ansprechend, vor allem die Personalisierung hat mir gefallen. Dadurch habe ich mich als ernst zu nehmende Kundin gefühlt. Die Lieferung hat mir zwar zu lange gedauert (eine ganze Woche), aber es lohnt sich. Handling ist einfach und das Ergebnis hat mich auch überzeugt. What Happened??I have always had a lovely, natural red colour of hair and so when it started to change colours I searched high and low to find something that was as close a match as possible to my original colour. Enter eSalon. I loved their dyes and couldn't believe how long the colour would last. But it seems to me that the last 2 or 3 orders (ever since they changed their formula) don't even cover the grey to start with anymore, and it certainly doesn't last like it used to. Surprisingly GoodMy hairdresser is on maternity leave so I havnt had a professional colour in ages. I have to admit I was skeptical about a mail order colour service…..I thought this was going to be a terrible mistake……how wrong was I?
