Surpassed my expectations!I am absolutely blown away by the care this team took to really find out not only what I wanted my new look to be but what I had done previously. Must try, COVERS ALL THE GRAY!I have dyed my hair since I was about 12. I used to be able to get away with store bought dye but after I had children my hair started graying rapidly. The store bought dyes no longer worked. I then started going to the salon but it was so expensive I barley went. Then I tried this. I will never go back to the salon for a dye job again. This is SO much cheaper, more convenient and COVERS ALL THE GRAY! It was easy to set up the subscription and it’s easy to modify your delivery dates. It was easy to consult on my color. Blue black instead of vibrant brown.What a disappointment!! Two children and their innocent comments made it clear as day when they saw me two weekends in a row, the second with the "adjusted colour" and said: "What happened to your hair? It's black blue!" I've attached photos for the colourists at eSalon of my vibrant brown hair on Halloween compared to 9 days and two washes later. I mentioned the previous colour was spot on but faded to yellow tones.
