Love esalon but something changedI'm super sad in the color last few times. Something is definitely different with formula. It's not nearly as rich in color and it's washing out. I've been doing medium brown with copper and gold but the color is dull brown. I've loved esalon for years !! I hope you guys can improve or correct whatever changed. Not what I wantedEach time I have colored my hair the color is always way darker then I requested, even with the the help of talking to the colorist over the phone.
