Incorrect colourPlease can my colour be changed. The roots are lighter than the rest of my hair and doesn’t look right. I’m very disappointed with results and not quite sure what to do now 🤦🏽♀️. not at all what i asked forI have been hesitating to use my color because it took esalon FOREVER to get my color right, i took part blame for not asking for exactly what i wanted at first but after 5 or 6 tries they finally nailed it, i was so happy. then the next time i tried to order they tell me i have to "update my profile" and start all over because they changed their formulas, well. here we are right back at square ONE with color i HATE. So impressed!I’ve been seeing the ads on fb for a long time but kept scrolling because I thought it wasn’t any different then what I could purchase from any store. One day I saw the $10 promotion and decided wth..I need to dye my hair and that’s cheaper then what I’d pay for box dye. I was immediately greeted via email by Amelie P whom kindly explained everything to me and answered all my questions. My first box arrived promptly and the packaging was well thought out. I couldn’t believe all that was included, from the skin protector, stain remover, to gloves that didn’t suck to wear. Instructions were both thorough yet simple to follow. The hair color was like no at home dye I’d ever used as for once I was able to rinse until the water was clear. Store bought box dyes always bled no matter how much I rinsed. The included shampoo and conditioner smelled wonderful and my hair felt soft afterwards. When I awoke to my dry hair the next morning I was astounded by the color as it was rich, vibrant with beautiful multi toned colors.
