I can't believe they were able to match the color I was born with!I was born a redhead and as I reached 60 my hair turned blonde. Although it was pretty, I have longed for the red color back. It took a few tries but they have finally come up with my forever color. The eSalon colorists worked with me and adjusted the color for free until I was satisfied. It's beautiful and I LOVE IT! Thank you eSalon for doing the impossible! eSalon customer service is there for you. When you call, a live person will assist you and connect you to a colorist who will help you right then. Their packaging will make you feel like a queen! The directions are clear and there are loads of videos on the website to guide you as well. Try it!
