So happy with the correction!You guys sent me a corrected formula (I was shocked it was for free!!!) and I am absolutely thrilled with it!! I did it last night and it looks amazing! My hair is also so shiny! I was blown away with your customer service when I called and said I didn’t like the previous colour. It was corrected and shipped out right away. Awesome color!All my family and friends are astonished when they see my hair. ESalon truly hit the mark with my color. It is exactly what my hair looked like many moons ago.
