So impressed!I’ve been seeing the ads on fb for a long time but kept scrolling because I thought it wasn’t any different then what I could purchase from any store. One day I saw the $10 promotion and decided wth..I need to dye my hair and that’s cheaper then what I’d pay for box dye. I was immediately greeted via email by Amelie P whom kindly explained everything to me and answered all my questions. My first box arrived promptly and the packaging was well thought out. I couldn’t believe all that was included, from the skin protector, stain remover, to gloves that didn’t suck to wear. Instructions were both thorough yet simple to follow. The hair color was like no at home dye I’d ever used as for once I was able to rinse until the water was clear. Store bought box dyes always bled no matter how much I rinsed. The included shampoo and conditioner smelled wonderful and my hair felt soft afterwards. When I awoke to my dry hair the next morning I was astounded by the color as it was rich, vibrant with beautiful multi toned colors. Love esalon but something changedI'm super sad in the color last few times. Something is definitely different with formula. It's not nearly as rich in color and it's washing out. I've been doing medium brown with copper and gold but the color is dull brown. I've loved esalon for years !! I hope you guys can improve or correct whatever changed.
