Gray roots not covered AT ALLContacted my stylist two days after coloring with pictures of my gray roots. They "reformulated" my color for the next shipment...and here I am with grays until that shipment in 6 weeks. Useless. I had to spend Thanksgiving with my gray roots for all the family pictures. And I'll get my next shipment right after Christmas, fabulous. If this was an actual salon I wouldn't have left with my hair looking like it does, they would have fixed it. Ruined my hairCarefully sent pics, concerns and specifics of what I wanted to achieve. I should have known when they did t even look at my pic that I sent (and asked me to send one) that it was not the personalized experience they claim. Followed instructions to the letter and what I got was hideous. Then, attempted to address my predicament they have caused and no response. Well into 2 weeks now and all I get is bombarded in the inbox to buy more. Not one reply to the numerous pleas I made. Don’t even offer your money back and overpriced. BUYER BEWARE - TOOK 2 MONTHS TO ARRIVE TO AUSTRALIA FROM THE USIf you are in in Australia and you are prepared to wait for possibly 2 months like I did, I recommend you just save your money and go to a hairdresser or buy a box kit from the pharmacy. I searched for 'online hair colour companies in Australia' and found this company. The search results and the website says it's Australian but its's from the USA. Realised this after purchasing. Biggest SCAM ever. I am yet to try the products as they currently sit in a postage depot in Melbourne after landing in Sydney 4 weeks ago. Change your carrier eSalon unless you want more unhappy Australian customers!!! Especially if you want people to have a subscription with a precise time schedule. Covid slow shipping delays cant be the excuse you hide behind...Nike sent me 3 separate orders from Eastern Europe with still time to spare in the time it's taken for my parcel to arrive from eSalon. Formula changed, color doesn’t last, darkerI’m very disappointed & feel like the 2 negative reviews I just read say it all. Why pay for a color that no longer lasts & this last batch was a different, darker grayish shade than my previous muted subtle medium light blonde with a bit of gold. I see colorists worked with the two whose reviews are shown; I would assume I would get a one time free color sample bottle to be sure you corrected it to the longer lasting medium color range. I actually had to sprinkle with peroxide after I applied the color to not have a muddy mid gray with tinge of blonde that showed so dark on application.
