AwfulFrom the smell that absolutely blew my nose off I should’ve thought not to put this on my hair! My hair has never been so bad in my life from this hair dye its made it dry, stretchy and brittle falling out. Way too dark of colorI went to dye my hair 12/14/21 and I had requested for more of a white blonde hair color in the comments as well as picked the lightest color they allowed on the survey. However, what I was sent was a darker blonde. For coloring hair light blonde typically a 19 or 20 vol. is used and I was sent a 15 and the color itself looked way darker than what myself or a stylist would normally use. Thankfully, I realized it was way too dark when I was less than a 1/4 way through highlighting my hair (before too much damage was done). I had even wrote out that I specifically wanted white blonde, so I’m a little confused on why I was sent something much darker. I am disappointed and lost some trust. 50 colours bought but now disappointedI was so glad I took a look at the reviews on line. Have to say that having been a customer since 2014, I am so disappointed in my last hair colour. What have you done to your product? Definitely not lasting and not covering all the grey. I thought it was me, my age, my hair changing etc but I can see that others are having the same issue. New Formula not as good as old formula!I have enjoyed using your color products for the past few years. The color was equal, if not better than the one my hairstylists use. However, I noticed with my last two orders, the formula did not last as long as it had with the previous formulas. I could see the greys, within 2-3 weeks! It is a disappointment, especially since the price has increased, since I first started using your products. I skipped my upcoming order for now. I had my stylist color my hair, which for the price was about the same, as if I had used E-Salon hair color.
