colorSorry, I have to give you a low rating because your website claimed a colorist will look at the picture I sent and read the message I sent with a description of my hair and it included what I wanted to accomplish with your product. It was obviously not looked at or read, evident by what you sent. I returned the product and your not even returning my money so I can give it another chance. Can never reach anyone to talk cause there's no phone number@Funny thing is I canceled everything about 2 months ago!! I was actually able to talk to a person wanting to know why I canceled!!! But I couldn't reach anyone when I had questions....And I just got charged 46.00 for the very same products that I canceled!!! And once again I can't reach anyone to get my money back... and that's my Christmas money you took from my kids!!! The thing is I really loved the products, but you constantly raised the prices, and sent me products that I didn't order, but I was charged for them!! Love my colorI was very hesitant at first to try this at home I normally go to a salon to get my hair colored. Thought I would give this a try to see how it worked and I’ll love it love the color and love the ease of doing it myself. I can’t wait to color my hair again with E salon. I save myself about $100 by doing it myself and using E salon And got the same results. Not what I expectedAfter searching for a good colour (for years) without having to spend a fortune going to the hairdressers and damaging my hair, I decided to try Esalon. I am so so glad I did. The service is excellent, I had to adjust my colour slightly, communication is excellent and now I absolutely love my hair colour. It is exactly what I wanted. So happy!
