THE BESTNever going back to the salon for a coloring again! I am so thankful that I found E Salon, I was coloring my hair with Big Box Store hair color kits, doing okay, however still not 'just right'. I was just getting by you know? I had chosen to color myself after a total disaster at the salon which left my hair jet black - which is not even close to my natural light brown, with golden highlights hair color! I was horrified, not to mention the damage that was done to my hair, plus trying to get my hair back to brown, is even more damaging to hair. It's been a rough salon road, so, I just began to color at home. I did okay, however, i knew it wasn't what I wanted. So I was thrilled when I saw an Ad for E Salon and what they had to offer, I decided to give them a try and have been a dedicated customer since. Never a disappointment! OMG!!! The first time I colored my hair, I cried, is was unbelievable how I was my REAL color again!!! And so easy to use, way easier than the off the shelf kits I had been using. E Salon has top of the line customer service too, great service, great insight for your coloring needs and an awesome website with fun and helpful information. It use to last so much longer….what happened??I have been an esalon customer for many years (>5). Recently there has been a change, Color that use to last 6-8wks now fades very quickly (in about 1-2 wks) and my grey coverage is dismal. 3rd time a CharmAfter a few tweaks due to me changing my mind about what I wanted. Went from medium golden blond to dark blond copper red after seeing a YouTube video with this shade. My colour consultant altered the formula to account for my grey hair. I absolutely love the shade I have which has completely covered my grey and is still rich and vibrant although I’m about to redo my roots. Fantastic color and support!I waited for my second coloring to review, to see how the color lasted and covered greys over time. Yes, the color lasted, even over my greys, for the six or seven weeks between coloring! Yay! The first color was a little too red, so I emailed before the next mixing and it was changed! It was so easy...not stressful at all! I love my new, slightly browner shade with the fantastic red and copper tones! I just showed my friend and he said it looked professionally-done, which he had never said about my box dye jobs in over ten years of friendship! Oh, and I LOVE the tint rinse! Can't wait to try the weekly conditioner I bought this time! So, don't hesitate!
