SUPER EASYThe instructions are perfectly written. Every single step is listed in order and with the exact times to mix, apply or wash off each product. The application itself is so easy, There's no way I could go wrong. The colors I've chosen from the chart were so perfect put together for me, I had the hardest time to find professionals that ever matched my dark blonde color choice without adding a red tint to it and now, I can do it myself with ease. What is happening???First, the color bottle would not open (even when my husband used pliers on the cap) thus I had to cut it open spilling a lot of it down the sink. Next, the Developer was runny and not the rich conditioning feel of past Developers. I went ahead and applied to my hair, The color came out OK and will hopefully not fade quickly. DisappointedExtremely disappointed this time. I've had excellent results the last couple years with this product but this time not only did the color not come close but I ran out of the product during the process.
