Get Lots of ComplimentsMy hair stylist always compliments me on my hair color! I love the custom color system. The instructions are clear and simple. Just love the little sticker that comes with the instructions to put them on the wall leaving my vanity clear for the color products. Semi permanent colourI used the semipermanent colour for some greys but it lasted only for 3 weeks instead of usual 6 weeks. I did not find any difference with other brand hair colours. Red rootsI adjusted my color to a darker shade and told the team of my color concerns and its not right. I follow the process they have listed and always after using their color my roots are a red shade. Its not a bright red or anything but its not pulling a soft black like the color says. 1st couple of orders I was happy with reults. 6 months into subscription after I use esalon color I haft to purchase a separate color from a separate company to fix my roots to match my ends.
