If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. We have reached out to you via email with more details on next steps and how we can help get this resolved for you. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Instructions for the skin allergy test are included in our Product Safety & Usage guide with every hair color order. On behalf of the eSalon Family, we wish you a quick recovery. |
Awful customer servicePlease contact any company but this company. I contacted this company three times to say I wanted to speak with someone before shipment and twice, the company disregarded my request. Three orders were billed and sent to me anyway. This is poor service and unethical asks the girl I spoke with today was less than helpful and when she could have corrected this issue, as usual, nothing was done. Not black or blueI had high hopes for this after my roommate suggested it….but this didn’t color my dark brown hair black or blue despite the vibrancy I saw while coloring it. The only reason this got 2 stars instead of 1 is because it did cover some of my grays. Not sure if I should adjust the color again or just call it quits and get a refund. Custom colourI've lost count how many compliments I've received. 100% better than anything shop bought. I can tell its a salon product. Absolutely love the custom colour that was chose for me. Dark copper brown. In the past I've tried copper dyes from chemist and its never shown up on my hair.
