The Colorist assistance is HUGEWhen I originally placed my order I selected a color which would have been an extreme transition to my current hair color, going from light level 10 blond to a dark brown/red color. Alexandria P, my colorist, suggested that I start with a lighter color and then transition to the darker color. Oh boy was she right! The custom color she selected came out beautiful and i love it. If I would have done what I should have originally requested it would have been a shell shock! The product and service is great. I will definitely be continuing and following Alexandria's guidance. Does not cover greysI was hoping that this item would save me from going to a salon. Custom colour setI was new to home colouring after being made redundant during lockdown and was a bit nervous to be honest. The instructions that accompany the colour set gives very clear information on how to mix your colour and it's application. The colour set is very easy to mix and does not smell overly strong and the results are as good as any salon visit. Not happyRequested colour change as the first one already faded after 1 wash and I ended up with patchy hair and I followed instructions to the letter they changed colour by half a shade order said I’d be receiving two bottles as colour was changed!! So to make sure I had enough I order a separate bottle of ends refresher so I’d have three bottles altogether only recieved two bottles so no not happy contacted online customer services and not willing to listen to what I’m saying to say I don’t think I’ll be ordering again. 1 de 1 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |
