Long lasting NO LONGERI haven't posted a review since 2016 and after reading more current reviews I am inspired to update my experience after years of product changes. My colour is barely lasting 3 weeks. I have started buying pigment at Sally's to use between colouring which has become far more frequent. Like many others experiencing this issue, I too thought that it was just me or that it must be because my gray is more prevalent (which is the objective of colouring, right). I have loved eSalon for so many years but, at this point, I'm better off spending more money supporting my stylist and having truly long lasting colour. I hope the colourist's figure out how to improve the formulation and/or bring back the old that was longer lasting in the beginning. Demi permanent Red brownI'm loving this color and experience! I was sick of going to the salon all the time, it's too tedious for me, so when I heard of eSalon I had to try it! They provide super easy instructions and customer support is amazing. After I let them know I wanted my color a little more vibrant, they were able to adjust my second order color very easily (be sure the send pictures of your hair).
