Nicht die Farbe die ich wollte!Ich bin richtig sauer. Gewollt habe ich ein Kupfergold/Kupferblond. Bekommen habe ich jedoch ein dunkleres Braun mit ganz leichten Kupferstich im Licht. Bin sehr traurig, ich habe mich sehr auf die Farbe gefreut und bin jetzt mehr als enttäuscht. Kann es also leider nicht weiter empfehlen. Didn’t cover gray hairsThe grays started showing through the day after I colored my hair even though I didn’t shampoo it! This is the second time I have contacted Esalon about the problem. It appears my hair color product was processed anyway without changing the developer or strength of the color. Now you’re trying to send and charge me for the same hair color that isn’t working.
