Custom colour setI was new to home colouring after being made redundant during lockdown and was a bit nervous to be honest. The instructions that accompany the colour set gives very clear information on how to mix your colour and it's application. The colour set is very easy to mix and does not smell overly strong and the results are as good as any salon visit. Not happyRequested colour change as the first one already faded after 1 wash and I ended up with patchy hair and I followed instructions to the letter they changed colour by half a shade order said I’d be receiving two bottles as colour was changed!! So to make sure I had enough I order a separate bottle of ends refresher so I’d have three bottles altogether only recieved two bottles so no not happy contacted online customer services and not willing to listen to what I’m saying to say I don’t think I’ll be ordering again. 1 de 1 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

First colourMy very first time colouring my hair I'm not going to lie I was terrified It was so easy to do my hair is quiet long I watched all the video's on how to colour at home nice and easy to follow instructions. Order was beautifully presented in a pretty box can wait to colour my hair again, my hair colour covered really well (did have highlights from hairdressers) can't see them now blended in nicely.
