Demi permanent Red brownI'm loving this color and experience! I was sick of going to the salon all the time, it's too tedious for me, so when I heard of eSalon I had to try it! They provide super easy instructions and customer support is amazing. After I let them know I wanted my color a little more vibrant, they were able to adjust my second order color very easily (be sure the send pictures of your hair). The Colorist assistance is HUGEWhen I originally placed my order I selected a color which would have been an extreme transition to my current hair color, going from light level 10 blond to a dark brown/red color. Alexandria P, my colorist, suggested that I start with a lighter color and then transition to the darker color. Oh boy was she right! The custom color she selected came out beautiful and i love it. If I would have done what I should have originally requested it would have been a shell shock! The product and service is great. I will definitely be continuing and following Alexandria's guidance. Does not cover greysI was hoping that this item would save me from going to a salon.
