Amazing resultsI have to admit I was apprehensive to try eSalon but decided to give it a go. After completing the online questionnaire a recommendation was made and I placed my order. ~~The next day I was surprised to get an email from one of the eSalon stylists who gave me her thoughts/explanation as to why my initial recommendation should be/would be tweaked. ~~~Definitely glad the change was made! The box arrived containing EVERYTHING needed to ensure a successful application. I was coloring my roots and decided to apply the product with the brush. I have always applied color from the bottle so this was a new experience. There are fabulous "How To" videos as well as extra instructions included with your order. The results were AMAZING. I did miss a spot or two but that is only due to the way in which I applied it. Did not cover greysThe main thing I wanted from eSalon, besides a refresh, was grey coverage and my colour didn't give me that. Though the lengths and ends are beautiful and my hair does feel smoother if not a little dried out from the chemicals, the most important thing to me is the coverage.
