If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. Great!Color is perfect and stays good longer than any other product I've used. My natural color has no red or yellow and they nailed it. Very happy with this product, definitely worth it. Love it!The color is perfect every time. The colorists are great. Rousse au lieu de blond beige.Atroce, je me retrouve rousse au lieu de blond clair (je suis blonde foncé et j’ai commandé un blond clair beige). Franchement dégoûtée. Même un soin éclaircissant de grande surface me fait moins passer au orange. Et oui j’ai bien respecté le mode d’emploi et le temps de pose. Turned my hair blackI wanted to cover my greys and get a slightly lighter bit of brown running through my hair. Instead, after following the instructions to the letter, I have ended up with black hair.
