Better than salon results!This is the first time I've ever gotten the color of red I was looking for & been able to maintain it! Didn’t cover gray hairsThe grays started showing through the day after I colored my hair even though I didn’t shampoo it! This is the second time I have contacted Esalon about the problem. It appears my hair color product was processed anyway without changing the developer or strength of the color. Now you’re trying to send and charge me for the same hair color that isn’t working.
