Love the coloring kitLove, love, love. Everything you need comes in one package, my hair looks healthy and shiny after application. I have a lot of grays and feel like the kit provides great coverage for my roots. Bye Curls Bye Shine. Hello damaged Dry Hair!Upon receiving my hair color package, loved the packing and, instructions. It applies on thick and clings on. I left it for 1 hour due to my grey hair. I always comb my hair when dyeing , to my surprise m6 hair was tangled into a knot. Carefully I had to de tangled, my hair felt hard. Regardless how much conditioning I apply. Now I have no curls, no shine! Im applying raw coconut and Shea butter everyday for this hair color has made it look dry and straw like . Can’t stop crying. USED TO BE GREAT NOW JUST OKAfter reading the other reviews below...i too have noticed a difference. It is lasting as long as over the counter dye products. Didn’t work for meThis product didn’t cover my gray at all. I applied as instructed, starting with the roots, even left it on longer. Washed my hair with the shampoo provided and was left with gray roots and red ends. Can’t get it rightGranted my red color has always been a challenge to professionals but when I said I want to go a shade or 2 darker I didn’t mean send me 2 bottles of 60% brown 40% red. Don't like new formulaBeen a client for years but the changed formula washes out in a couple weeks and doesn't completely cover my gray anymore. My hair is coming out too brassy and seems dry. Nicht die Farbe die ich wollte!Ich bin richtig sauer. Gewollt habe ich ein Kupfergold/Kupferblond. Bekommen habe ich jedoch ein dunkleres Braun mit ganz leichten Kupferstich im Licht. Bin sehr traurig, ich habe mich sehr auf die Farbe gefreut und bin jetzt mehr als enttäuscht. Kann es also leider nicht weiter empfehlen.
