disappointedthe color was beautiful and process easy. Unfortunately, the color faded pretty quickly over the gray roots. I've been coloring my hair for years, so it wasn't the application. OMGOSH 10 years and no moreI have been using exclusively for 10 years and loved, loved loved my color. I thought I was losing my mind until JUST NOW. I am stopping my membership immediately. The color is different and does not last through 3-4 shampoos with gentle shampoo, no sun, no styling tools. I read today other customers are experiencing the same issues. PERFECTION!My experience with eSalon was wonderful from start to finish. My kit arrived faster than expected, and included steps for a pre-treatment (at no extra charge). eSalon sent me the product needed to fill my previously lightened and porous hair, so that my new/darker color would go on evenly.
