Hair colorI like my color but would like to have more shine. The orders come consistently and I really appreciate this so I don't have to reorder time and time again. The color was not for me. (Dark Pearl Copper Blonde)I was anticipating a dark blonde. My natural color is dark blonde. I dyed my hair and became an auburn color. After about a week some fading started. Next I was dark blonde. One to two weeks thereafter seems I was at my original color. This is washing my hair everyday or every other day. I was offered a credit and was told I cannot purchase something like the tint rinse or shampoo with that. I’d rather do so because the color I was not as happy with as I thought I would be. Wrong ColorI had asked to have my color lightened and my adjusted color was the exact same color as last time...I have asked again to have it lightened this month so hopeful this works out as I was told I am getting another root touch up in a lighter color and a different product for the rest of my hair...my hair is pretty dark so concerned I am not going to blend well if I don't do an all over color but did address this with colorist so we will see 1 de 1 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

disappointedthe color was beautiful and process easy. Unfortunately, the color faded pretty quickly over the gray roots. I've been coloring my hair for years, so it wasn't the application.
