SO happy with the colourThis is such a good match for my colour. I really had my doubts. Unfortunately- I am not a hairdresser and so my applications leaves much to be desired- I'll need to do it again sooner than I'd like as I've missed patches but I really can't fault the colours here at all. I can also confirm you were refunded for the rush processing fee that you paid! Rush Processing is an in-house service that fast tracks the processing of your order. It does not upgrade your shipping method. Normal processing times take 2-3 business days while rush takes on average 1 business day.
