Great match to colour I wantedThis colour product was a very good match..I wanted the colour tweaked so it was slightly lighter for next time and then I think it will be perfect! The colour lasts well, I’d say a lot longer than other box colour brands off the high street and also from my own hair salon. Very helpful online advice too! Love it!!!This is a high-quality hair color and MUCH cheaper than the salon! It was so easy. I’m adding the highlight kit this time to see how that works. I highly recommend this product. First time coloring my own hairI have had my hair colored to cover gray at the salon for many years, and have never colored my own hair, so was very nervous about how it would turn out. But I was very impressed how well it matched my hair color, covered the gray, and how easy it was to use. The directions were very good. UnhappyHad some real issues with Color/Shade on my first order, but the real issue is I have contacted them 3 times with no response so I guess I cancelled my membership .
