Absolutely fantasticE salon popped up on my fb, after struggling to mage time to visit the salon and not wanting to use a supermarket box dye, I thought I’d give it ago. There’s lots of questions to answer to make sure you get what you want, I added a note also. The colourist emailed me to say the colour is chosen she thought would be too golden so she was going to add something to tone it down slightly, which I thought was fantastic customer service! When it came I was so impressed, the presentation of the products was amazing, looks and feels special. I read the personalised instructions then started. I was slightly worried as it was developing as it looked very dark, however when I washed it off it was perfect! I absolutely love the colour and I would actually say it’s the nicest colour I’ve ever had on! I’ll definitely be doing this every month! Would recommendI went for the ammonia free color option which I’m glad I did. My hair still feels healthy and normal which is not something I’ve normally felt after coloring my hair at home. My color stylist recommended gradually going darker instead of jumping straight to dark brown (my natural color). Perfect experienceIt was very easy to choose the color I like, the most experienced nice people going to prepare it specifically for you based on a questions you will answer. I got the incredible set including everything I could ever ask for. I followed the instructions, and it was very smooth process, ends with the perfect results. I got exactly the color I needed, with the moisture, silky, and shiny hair. It was a very nice experience, and definitely going to be repeated for ever. Highly recommend it.
