Has the Formula Changed?Have used this product since 2013. However, for the first time I have buzzing ears and a headache after dying my hair. Today is day 2 with this reaction. Has the formula changed? Is there a new ingredient? I will no longer be able to purchase this product because of this reaction. Terrible coverage & way more red than I wantedI was very specific that I wanted to mimic my natural hair color. I included a pic and specified what was natural and what was dyed. Unfortunately what I got was closer to the dyed color. And then the dye did not fully cover my grey hairs. Great coloreSalon has been so helpful. The changes you made in my last order were perfect. My color looks great, just like my natural color that I had when I was younger. Aging (I'm 51) is difficult and is expensive. Coloring my hair at home and getting these results will save me a lot of money.
