Uneven results and color not as expectedI really wanted to like this color. I had previously received a color that pulled a little too red for me so my color was adjusted and more violet was added instead of red. I was excited to try this color as I love the feeling of my hair and the shine after coloring I just wasn’t happy with the actual color. This time it came out even worse! My roots area was still much too reddish orange and now the length of my hair is very very dark, almost black. I followed the directions exactly as stated and feel so unhappy I wish I could completely undo all of the color I have on my hair. Refund policy and productThe product color is nice but it takes only 1 week to stay in my hair. I returned the last shipment on Jan 9th and up to now a month after I haven’t got my refund on my account. Absolutely fantasticE salon popped up on my fb, after struggling to mage time to visit the salon and not wanting to use a supermarket box dye, I thought I’d give it ago. There’s lots of questions to answer to make sure you get what you want, I added a note also. The colourist emailed me to say the colour is chosen she thought would be too golden so she was going to add something to tone it down slightly, which I thought was fantastic customer service! When it came I was so impressed, the presentation of the products was amazing, looks and feels special. I read the personalised instructions then started. I was slightly worried as it was developing as it looked very dark, however when I washed it off it was perfect! I absolutely love the colour and I would actually say it’s the nicest colour I’ve ever had on! I’ll definitely be doing this every month! Would recommendI went for the ammonia free color option which I’m glad I did. My hair still feels healthy and normal which is not something I’ve normally felt after coloring my hair at home. My color stylist recommended gradually going darker instead of jumping straight to dark brown (my natural color).
