Love the shade, but…I really like the shade of the colour made for me, but i still got a “ hot roots” effect, after following directions to the T….. not sure why that is. I’ll give it a one more try, so we’ll see- i would really want it to work, because it’s so convenient and easy to use and the shades are lovely. Updated: after a few tries still had "hot roots" persisting, now I am evaluating if I really am going to try it anymore. Second, even though the overall shade was great ("Holywood red") it washed off very quickly, It might be the end of the road for me. I also see other users commenting on the color washing very quickly after the formula change, so it's not just the shade I had. RavieMa couleur est top. Malgré les changements que j’ai fait je suis très satisfaite de la couleur Mes cheveux sont brillants, doux et j’ai enfin trouvé une coloration qui me correspond. I'm obsessed!I dont usually leave reviews but I actually can't get over the quality! My hair feels and looks insane the shine is unreall!! I wouldn't go anywhere else now I am a customer for life I was not expecting these kind of results it is literally like salon quality and to be able to do it myself and at home is crazy! I love everything about this product and I'm excited to try new colours and to have some one to talk to and go through my options is amazing!! Best !!Best company!!Having my hair color sent to me automatically is the best service ever!! They work with you to come up with the exact color you like. Doesn’t stick…Doesn’t stick, apply, or dye the hairline around my face. Dyes the rest of my hair except the face framing hair therefore causing me to want to purchase more or throw on my hat. Also, the color looks too clown red now that the formula changed. I’m afraid to stop using because I’ve got a good 24 inches of this weird color on my head already and don’t to tiger stripe my head by using a different product that won’t match. I like the ease and convenience of ordering and receiving on a schedule. And knowing that it should be the same color already on your head.
