Did not cover greyThis is my second time ordering. I am completely disappointed. It didn’t cover my grey at all. It also left my roots a lighter color than the rest of my hair. Personalised Demi-permanent colourNot only has ordering the colour exactly how I want it been a pleasure but all the accouterments that arrive beautifully packaged with it have been so helpful (even the little tag for sticking up the instructions on the mirror). Wonderful!I overdid it on going blonde with a Clairol root fix that was brassy, and the e-salon folks recommended their light brown only on my roots. It was perfect.
