Color is lovely at firstThe color has not completely covered my gray hair. It is like it’s stained but not completely covered. I wonder will the next coloring color it or not, since it hasn’t been colored in about 6 months. Exceptional color n tone!!I’m a long time customer for a reason..consistent fast, excellent customer service. They quickly respond to my semi-frequent color adjustments and to any questions I may have. I just colored my hair today with a new adjusted color and once again I’m completely obsessed and blown away with the beautiful shine and color dimensions. It’s exactly what I explained and described when I requested a color adjustment. My husband is totally impressed as I am I. Not the color shownThis color was nothing like what was shown. I was supposed to be strawberry blond. It had basically no red in it at all and made my hair darker than it was and looks like a gross light brown. So disappointed as now that it is dyed I can't lighten even back to my normal color.
