Looking younger again!OMG, i am so very happy with my hair and the color I chose. I admit I was a bit concerned beforehand thinking my hair would turn out reddish or orangey- but it looks so natural. MisleadingI tried this colour out and it didn’t seem to cover at all. I have tried contacting them and all I seem to be told is the department I need to speak too is unavailable and someone will get back to me by email. Color is lovely at firstThe color has not completely covered my gray hair. It is like it’s stained but not completely covered. I wonder will the next coloring color it or not, since it hasn’t been colored in about 6 months. Exceptional color n tone!!I’m a long time customer for a reason..consistent fast, excellent customer service. They quickly respond to my semi-frequent color adjustments and to any questions I may have. I just colored my hair today with a new adjusted color and once again I’m completely obsessed and blown away with the beautiful shine and color dimensions. It’s exactly what I explained and described when I requested a color adjustment. My husband is totally impressed as I am I.
