ImpressiveJust wanted to give feedback on my first order with eSalon. I'm really happy with the colour. It's very natural and just what I wanted. My hair had turned very brassy from both the supermarket dye and from the sun on a recent holiday. This colour gives a natural gold tint to my hair without being too blonde. (I'm a little too old for platinum locks!!! 😂) I was really impressed with the lovely packaging and the little extra touches included in the box, like the brush and stain guard. The attention to detail makes you feel as special as a salon pampering. The condition of my hair post treatment was superb. Really soft and conditioned. Having naturally curly hair, it's always dry and can look frizzy and dull but the shampoo and conditioner were lovely. I highly recommend giving this a try and I'm looking forward to my next order in 6 weeks. Just Missed the MarkThis was really close to what I was looking for. A little too red and not as much grey coverage as I need but I've reached out for an adjustment and high hopes for my next order. Nicht meine Farbe!Es mag ja sein, daß die Farbprodukte an sich toll sind, meine Farbe wurde trotz Foto und Farbanpassung jedoch absolut nicht getroffen. Statt Blond Goldmariechen😖 Tint Rins sollte die Lösung sein! Doch das war auch nach 4 Anwendungen nicht der Fall. No longer covers grays.I have been an esalon customer for almost two years. For the past few shipments, the color no longer covers my gray well. What it does cover , fades quicker, and it is no longer covering resistant grays that it had always covered in the past. This does not seem like the same quality product I have always received. Perfect colorI just had to write to let you know that my first color pack could not have been any closer to my natural color! Since this is my first kit I was skeptical about it when I saw the bottle saying "copper" since I have red highlights naturally in my hair I was afraid of it being red when I was done. I went ahead with it today and I was pleasantly surprised when it was the perfect brown I wanted. I hope it doesn't change in the coming weeks like so many store-bought colors have.
