Leaking bottlesIt's hit and miss! A couple of my orders have arrived with stains on the box from leaking bottles. I feel this affects product quality and should be addressed. Nice productMy personalized hair color was the perfect shade the first time I ordered it. Not sure if the formula has conditioners or not. My hair seemed to be over- conditioned for a few days after coloring my hair. By day 3 or 4 my hair was fabulous! Still is! Perfect color to start with!I was a heavily highlighted blonde and wanted to go back to my natural color to give my hair a break from the bleach. I have colored my own hair in the past but always second guessed my color choices and feared it would turn green if I tried to do an ashy/neutral brown (my hair always turns a copper/orange color.) But this mix was great to start with, my hair feels healthy, the process was easy to do with the detailed instructions and the color has lasted a few weeks before fading! I just ordered my second color set and requested it to be more neutral this time. Sehr viel Abfall und teuerDie Farbe an sich ist schön, aber ich konnte keinen großen Unterschied zu Supermarktfarben ausmachen. Vielleicht hält sie länger den Glanz. Was mich wirklich gestört hat sind die vielen einzelnen Verpackungen, deshalb habe ich das Abo beendet, außerdem ist die Farbe ganz schön teuer, womöglich wegen des vielen einzeln verpackten Schnickschnacks darin.
