I got the product !I got the beautiful product but, it’s not your fault, my stubborn grays are too stubborn. Don’t think I’ll find any hair color that works. Spot onI don’t color my hair often, but when I do, esalon has been spot on with matching my natural color. I have very few grays, and love having dark brown hair. I usually try a highlight or two when I need some sunshine. I always revert right back to my brown and esalon is my #1 choice to use. I use the demi-permanent which holds true to the color for months. My hair looks healthy and shiny. DisappointingThe gray coverage was inadequate, despite my entire head being saturated. I had gray in the front that did not tint and, with my 41st birthday coming up, it was affecting me. I thought I could deal with it, but as the weeks passed, it faded rapidly and I decided to visit my stylist at the 5 week mark rather than 8. I had planned to begin doing my own color and having her do the cut to save money, but eSalon ensured I won't be doing that.
