Haven't colored my hair in a whileFor me, this was a bit more tedious to use on my own, a bit messy for me. I love how the color turned out, but it was hit and miss in areas? Luckily it is so subtle that it blends in and allows my white hair to appear as highlites. A Happy CustomerI've used your product now for the third time. Thanks to Alexandria she knows her colors. With my first request I chose a darker brown shade. Alexandria received my request and a picture of my current color hair. she recommended to go a shade lighter with golden in the brown color and if I want the next time, I could go a darker brown. I have not gone darker brown because I love the color Alexandria recommended! I am thinking I want highlights for the summer season. Finally the perfect colorThe first order I received my color was pretty but not perfect. The second color is perfect! I have always wanted beautiful chocolate brown hair but it's always to dark or too red. Not this time thank you to my stylist you now have a life long customer. Amazing!My hair color before eSalon was a disaster! I'd tried manic bleach and color to go teal and when that faded to a gross yellow/green I was forced to go red to get the green color out. Finally that started to fade into blond with 2" of red near my roots and finally my actual roots which are darker. I was worried the whole thing would start to look like a wonky red/brown/blond rainbow so I decided to try eSalon and spent a great deal of time with their system choosing the closest brown hair color to match my eyebrows as I could and explained my whole hair color adventure in a message to eSalons styists. I recieved an email a day later confirming the choice and telling me the order would ship shortly. Well let me tell you, they pegged it one shot!!! I can barely the tell difference between their color and my eyebrows, even in the full bright sunshine!! Seems differentPro: Other than spending a fortune at a salon, eSalon color has by far been the best product I've used on my hair. Pro/Con: I love the try it on function for the Aura colors. It would be awesome to have that same function for the esalon coloring as well. Con: My grays don't seem to stay covered near as long anymore. Not sure if that's due to a change in their formula or a specific ingredient or what but I will give the pre color balancer a try when it is back in stocks, hopefully that helps. Con: I would Love to see esalon offer text messaging as an option for upcoming order reminders. It is so easy for me to miss the email and forget to change my order before it ships if needed. Overall, I think this is a wonderful company with evolving products, flexible delivery options & great customer service and I hope they continue to thrive and keep prices down for us. P.S.
