Sceptical with colourWhen my package arrived it was packaged well with care. I read through the instructions each step of the way and managed to use the colour without too much mess. When I put the colour on my hair I thought it was going to be too dark x worried the re growth would not match the existing colour that had outgrown. It was 6 months since my last hair salon visit and could not justify the cost . Well I have to say I am chuffed to bits with the results however I do miss some strands of grey even though I took my time and thought I covered it evenly. It’s not that noticeable though. I have since adjusted my colour slightly. As I missed some grey at the top? Would my new colour on next order cover the grey I missed and blend well with my first purchased colour. Color not Lasting, no response from coloristI made a change to my color which made it a lot lighter when the request was to be slightly lighter. When I colored with the instructions I ended up with very light roots and the rest dark. Have messaged again with no response. too darkway too dark no mahogany and more black than dark brown-sent an order back and I still do not have my money back! I would like all of my money back including the initial color.. Maybe my consultant was coming down with ….I have only changed my color a handful of times since I began using esalone. I was terrified that I wasn’t doing my touch ups fast enough before setting the timer. It was with the drive from San Diego to have the e team advise me in person. Sadly due to Covid they no longer offer that service. My color consultant adjusted my color and added another kit free of charge with more gold in it. I didn’t really notice a change. I contacted the color consultant online and rambled on about my burnette hopes and dreams asking if I should try one of their new colors. My consultant schooled me on color tones because I should have know that the color honey that I was thinking about was darker than my current color. Ok. Sorry it looked different online.
