Check your label before using !!I just colored my hair before looking at the label ! Turns out I was NOT SENT my personally mixed color ! My hair turned out MUCH LIGHTER and is not as expected. Because I hadn't colored on schedule, I had 2 color kits. Looked at my remaining set and it's labeled with my name and custom mix. The kit I used was a generic color. The only hair color products I useI love your products and tell anyone looking to color their hair to try eSalon products. Like some of the other reviews though, I noticed this last color didn't last as long. I am certainly trying again because as I said, I love your products and they are easy to use at home. Even professional stylists have commented on my amazing color and tone. They thought I was lying when I stated that I color my own hair.
