First color from eSalonJust wanted to let you know that I really like the color you sent. Also the shampoo and conditioner are really nice. I couldn't believe how little it takes to go a long way!!! My hair is shiny and soft, seems to be less frizz also. I'm so glad I decided to try eSalon. I am looking forward to my tray kit and clips that are coming next, I think they will really help with the coloring set up. Hoping 3rd try is the charmI can only guess that communicating “light Auburn “is a challenge because I keep asking for it though right now I’m just getting closer to “light brown sugar with golden highlights”. GreatHowever I have very long hair and understood I was paying for 2 bottles at 32 dollars every time you charge me and some change. I have complained before that I don’t have enough product for all of my hair but still this keeps happening. Am I missing something?
