Inconsistent two tone colorUnfortunately my root and end colors do not blend or match as expected leaving a distinct difference between them. Customer ServiceHave not received my product yet so can not speak for product itself. However was supposed to receive two days ago and have wrote 3 emails to no avail. All I would like is a simple reply with shipping information so I can track. ****EDIT*** Esalon replied to this review with the same generic response they seem to reply with to all reviews with saying 'our expert has already reached out to you and resolved this', HOWEVER THEY DID NOT!!! I called them out and wrote the below edit and they deleted their response straight after! Can you please explain this Esalon? Ich gestehe ich hatte "angst" !!!Wie schon gesagt ich hatte bedenken, ob es wirklich meine Farbe ist etc.... obwohl ich eigentlich schon mutige bin diesbezüglich- aber okay, war so aber nun habe ich es gemacht. Und was soll ich sagen meine Farbe ist eine wahre Pracht!!!!!!!!!! Kein Vergleich zu den Drogerie-Produkten. First color from eSalonJust wanted to let you know that I really like the color you sent. Also the shampoo and conditioner are really nice. I couldn't believe how little it takes to go a long way!!! My hair is shiny and soft, seems to be less frizz also. I'm so glad I decided to try eSalon. I am looking forward to my tray kit and clips that are coming next, I think they will really help with the coloring set up. I look fabulous!eSalon is easy to use and makes me look younger, like I did before I started getting grey hair. I always feel much better about myself after coloring my hair with my custom color set. Hoping 3rd try is the charmI can only guess that communicating “light Auburn “is a challenge because I keep asking for it though right now I’m just getting closer to “light brown sugar with golden highlights”.
