Color not Lasting, no response from coloristI made a change to my color which made it a lot lighter when the request was to be slightly lighter. When I colored with the instructions I ended up with very light roots and the rest dark. Have messaged again with no response. too darkway too dark no mahogany and more black than dark brown-sent an order back and I still do not have my money back! I would like all of my money back including the initial color.. Maybe my consultant was coming down with ….I have only changed my color a handful of times since I began using esalone. I was terrified that I wasn’t doing my touch ups fast enough before setting the timer. It was with the drive from San Diego to have the e team advise me in person. Sadly due to Covid they no longer offer that service. My color consultant adjusted my color and added another kit free of charge with more gold in it. I didn’t really notice a change. I contacted the color consultant online and rambled on about my burnette hopes and dreams asking if I should try one of their new colors. My consultant schooled me on color tones because I should have know that the color honey that I was thinking about was darker than my current color. Ok. Sorry it looked different online. When she said she found it hard to believe that I didn’t notice that much of a difference with my new formula or that I had a hard time a few years ago reapplying my highlights to my highlights I told her to turn off my plan. 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Customized hair color!!I think eSalon does an excellent job of personalizing the color you want. From the adding a picture optionz to sending notes to your stylist, it's cheaper than going to the salon, yet salon quality results for your hair! My results were amazing, even & the shade I wanted! They even give you instructions to stick to your mirror or wherever! They thought of everything; a color brush, an application bottle, gloves, stain cream for before coloring, to prevent AND after just in case & they even put your name on the color bottle!
