Doesn't hold in color very long and not enough shineI used to love esalon but the color doesnt hold for very long and not enough shine, plus i am no longer doing red am doing brown. FantasticI am an ex hairdresser myself, and can’t praise this product and service enough. I have been using their colour plan for the last five years. And l have never had so many compliments on the colour of my hair. Going to get your hair coloured professionally is hugely expensive if like me you have fast growing hair and now lots of grey! I also get 2 uses out of one order, and get one delivered every 5 weeks ! If l want the colour adjusting generally after the summer months. I send a photo and the new tone is always perfect. Still too brassyI have had 4 colours now from e-salon, as I want to try and get my hair back to its natural colour, however I have found that my hair is now more brassy than when I started, it’s also too light. I am hopeful that having had a call with a colourist that the next colour will be more like my natural colour that I am striving to achieve. I have to say that my hair is in good condition since using e-salon combined with my silicone and sulphate free shampoo and conditioner and other hair products. The only thing I do wish that e-salon would provide silicone and sulphate free shampoo and conditioner with your hair colour as I have 4 packs of each that came with my sets that I haven’t used as I don’t want to go back to putting bad things in my hair. Having the option would be appreciated, the representative I spoke to agreed to pass this observation on in the hope that this may be something that will be addressed in the future. Love my color.My color which had been good for a long time was starting to look a little drab. I asked for an adjustment and just did the color this morning. I love my new color, just a little darker, a little more auburn. It has remained natural looking with just the little bit of brightness I wanted. Can't wait to see if anyone notices.
