Not recommended for going lighter, made hair orange!I have dark blonde hair that hasn't been coloured in years. I chose a medium blonde ash hair colour from eSalon and the tint rinse for blonde hair just incase there was a bit of unwanted tones after colouring. Followed all the instructions but my roots came out ginger/orange and the tint rinse did nothing to neutralise this. I now have orange roots and gingery ends and going to have to go to a hairdresser to do a colour correction which will undoubtedly cause alot of damage to my hair and cost a fortune! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Color was beautiful but, my grays are still very noticeable...I followed the steps completely and the color was beautiful where I wasn't gray. My grays are still completely exposed unfortunately. No.I have been coloring my hair at home for 22 years. This was the most difficult and messy home application kit I’ve ever used, and the color (I ordered a copper mahagony) is mousy brown. Excellent Grey Coverage!!!I am probably 65% grey and dark hair. After a couple of adjustments with my colorist, I was able to find the perfect color and coverage for my grey!! I've been using this product since 2015 and although I could get my color done in the salon, I continue with my 3 week auto-ship for convenience, cost and mostly because of my satisfaction in the outcome of my color!
